Foam Fair Industries works with several types of foams for the production of filters and air, water and fluid filtration systems.

Filter Foam - Filter foam is used on, in and around thousands of products serving consumers, businesses, industry, health care, research, and armed forces across the globe. Produced from various materials and styles, but most notably from Reticulated Polyurethane foams, the typical applications are found in the automotive,  air handling, air conditioning, appliance, small engine, and ceramics industry among others. Filter materials are used in microphones, windscreens, supermarket refrigerated counter mats, sewage treatment, fluid applicators, de-misters, and coalescers, plus literally thousands of other products and processes.

Felted Foams - Felted (compressed) foam are used heavily in filtration. When compared to conventional filtering media such as fiber felts, glass fiber, woven and non-woven fabrics and paper, felted foam exhibits many superior properties and other substantial advantages such as:
  • High void volume and uniform porosity
  • Non-directional characteristics and uniform texture
  • Superior filtration properties
  • Linting problems are virtually eliminated
